We are pleased to be working with an excellent SME environmental services company located in Liverpool who are looking for an accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role is reporting into the financial controller and is an excellent role for someone with strong accounts payable to do a more all rounded role. Duties: Processing high volume of purchase invoices Matching and coding invoices Processing staff expenses Allocating cash on supplier accounts Processing weekly and monthly payment runs Bank reconciliations Reconciling supplier invoices Assisting with sales ledger duties Maintaining the creditors ledger Assisting with general accounts administrative duties Benefits: 37.5 hours per week - flexible with start and finish times 25 days bank holidays Holiday buy back scheme Study support Company pension scheme
