An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated Operating Department Practitioner/ Anaesthetic Nurse to join the team in National Treatment Centre Fife Orthopaedics, Victoria Hospital.
This purpose-built unit is located within the grounds of Victoria Hospital and includes 3 theatres, a 7-bed recovery area, an orthopaedic ward, and outpatient services, offering staff development opportunities.
The successful candidate may need to work across Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospitals, covering out-of-hours commitments as required.
Main duties will be in anaesthetics, but flexibility to work in Recovery or Scrub Duties is essential.
Hours will be scheduled to meet service needs, including alternate Saturdays.
Qualifications required include a Diploma in ODP NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds 752, or a relevant/ current anaesthetic certificate for nurses.
You must be a member of the Health Professions Council or registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
