You will be responsible for a wide range of activities across our Learning and Development department acting as a liaison between the broader people team, alongside managers and colleagues across the business. Your development is our priority.  * Create and update training records across multiple people systems to ensure compliance for colleagues across the group (multi-site).
 * Act as a point of contact for the business and broader people team for any queries in relation to training.
 * Co‑ordinate with the broader Learning and Development team to ensure a best‑in‑class service, overseeing training schedules and progress across the year.
 * Maintain the learning runway updates to ensure accuracy.
 * Communicate with the People Development team and to the business on key learning initiatives.
 * Manage and track training needs and qualifications in a proactive manner, escalating any issues with completion.
 * Support management with the control and allocation of the learning budget and apprenticeship levy.
 * Collaborate with partners and research / set‑up external training, when a need is found.
