Are you a creative, customer-focused professional with a passion for design and sales? We're looking for a dynamic Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations and take our customer experience to the next level.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Managing sales and driving performance to meet and exceed targets
Creating bespoke design solutions tailored to individual customer needs
Overseeing product displays and maintaining an inspiring showroom environment
Coordinating with suppliers, staff, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
Playing a key role in business development and contributing to strategic decisions
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in showroom, retail or interior design management
Strong sales and customer service skills
Creative flair and an eye for design
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities
Confidence using design software (experience with CAD or similar is a bonus)
