Overview
We are interested in receiving applications for a Sales Negotiator at our busy Saddleworth branch.
Responsibilities
You should have good knowledge of the area to be able to provide advice and guidance regarding the local amenities whilst on viewings. You will be confident in dealing with members of the public face to face as well as by telephone. This role will be a combination of external appointments, where you will be responsible for undertaking viewings of our properties for sale with members of the public, as well as office-based activities.
The post is full-time and based in our Saddleworth office. Days of work are; Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm and alternate Saturdays 10am-2pm.
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving License insured for business use
* Have good organisational and time management skills
* Personal drive and initiative
* High level of self-motivation
