Role: Health & Safety Manager – Construction

Overview
Drive continuous improvement of health & safety across all operations whilst ensuring legislative compliance and developing policies and practices.
Responsibilities
* Conduct risk assessments, method statements, site inspections, and incident investigations.
* Provide training courses, safety meetings, and presentations to staff at all levels.
* Split time between head office and site visits in all weather conditions, working at heights and liaising with relevant authorities.
* Compile statistics, write reports, and maintain external audit standards whilst supporting management on legal compliance matters.
Requirements
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) with Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) either held or close to obtaining.
* Credible health & safety experience including operations, project management, and CDM (Construction Design and Management) knowledge.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities with good head for heights and flexible approach to working hours.
