Role Summary
The QHSE function within Clarksons Port Services Group (CPS Group) provides governance, assurance and operational support across Clarksons Port Services and Gibb Group. Our focus is to ensure safe, compliant and high-quality operations across all UK and NL locations, supporting vessel agency, logistics, warehousing, cargo handling, PPE supply and managed service activities.
We are responsible for maintaining the Group Integrated Management System (IMS), overseeing compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, and ensuring robust reporting, audit performance and continuous improvement across all business units.
What you’ll be doing
* Maintain controlled IMS documents, forms and templates; support version control and approval workflow.
* Administer Mango modules (Incidents, Improvements, Audits, Training, Suppliers, Plant & Equipment, Risk).
* Log incidents, near misses and improvements; track actions and escalate overdue tasks.
* Support scheduling, preparation and follow-up for internal/external audits and client audits.
* Maintain the Group Training Matrix; upload evidence, record expiry dates and issue reminders.
* Produce weekly/monthly QHSE KPI dashboards, trends and summaries.
* Coordinate QHSE meetings, take minutes and track action progress.
* Maintain supplier approval records, certificates and compliance documentation.
* Provide operational support to UK and NL teams for investigations, audits and reporting.
* Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Other requirements
* Strong administrative/coordination background and high attention to detail.
* Confident with digital systems and data accuracy (Mango experience advantageous).
* Excellent written communication and document formatting skills.
* Ability to work across multiple teams and locations.
* Desirable: ISO 9001/14001/45001 knowledge, NEBOSH/IOSH training or willingness to develop.
