Charmeldon have operated since 1974 and are a respected HVAC service provider. We have a secure client base and have long term support contracts with a variety of blue-chip clients. We also support a number of high specification Datacentre environments with DX and chilled water CRAC units
We are now looking to recruit a further experienced mobile service engineer to join our existing team.
Role Description
This is a full-time role, for a Mobile Air Conditioning Service Engineer located in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. The responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems, diagnosing and addressing HVAC issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of building services. The role involves performing scheduled PPM inspections, troubleshooting equipment failures, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of facilities including Engineer to be required to carry out on call duties. Must hold a current UK drivers license.
Qualifications
* Expertise in HVAC, Maintenance & Repair
* Knowledge of Building Maintenance, Building Services
* Understanding of Facility Management (FM) standards and practices
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
* Relevant technical certifications in air conditioning or HVAC systems
* Previous experience in building services or a related field
* Ability to travel locally within the Manchester Area for service assignments
