What you'll be doing as a CNC Machine Shop Team Leader Leading by example on the shop floor with expert CNC skills Programming and setting up Mazak machines like a boss Coaching your crew, planning shifts, managing performance Pushing production goals, maintaining quality, and improving processes Collaborating with other team leads in logistics, quality, and production Keeping things safe, smart, and smooth (hello 5S & CIP!)
