Job Title: Breakfast Assistant

Responsible to: Hotel Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Operations Attendant/ Supervisor
Our Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Attendant with people skills who is motivated and attentive to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience. You will be in charge of setting up and breaking down the breakfast each morning. The candidate should be enthusiastic about customer service. * Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast which includes tables and tea/coffee set up are always available during the service hours.
* Welcome guests.
* Take orders and serve guests with food and beverages.
* Clean the breakfast area, including the tables, chairs, as needed, and empty garbage.
* Remove plates and dishes from tables throughout the breakfast service using appropriate techniques for removing plates, glasses, and silverware promptly.
* Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
* Follow health and safety protocols to clean beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
