Job description
Join Our Team and Enhance Your Skills in Complex Clinical Care
We're on the lookout for experienced Healthcare Assistants to team up with us in Doncaster, where we're providing outstanding homecare to both children and adults within the area.
We specialise in the delivery of complex clinical care and each of our service users have varying needs and requests, from personal care, moving and handling and medication administration, to supporting clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management and PEG Care.
We don’t require you to be skilled in the delivery of clinical interventions as our highly skilled team of Registered Nurses will provide full training on clinical competencies which are tailored to each of our individual service users.
All we ask is that you have at least 3 months care experience, are flexible and adaptable and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Our service users have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
We can offer Part Time positions covering:
1. Days: 12-hour shifts
2. Waking Nights: 12-hour shifts
We have recently boosted our pay rates and provide competitive hourly rates as below:
3. Weekdays - £13.50 per hour (Approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)
4. Weeknights - £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)
5. Weekends - £14.50 per hour (Approx. £174 per 12-hour shift)
6. Bank Holiday - £17.00 per hour (Approx. £204 per 12-hour shift)
Please note, this rate is applicable following successful completion of shadowing, which is paid at £11.50 per hour.
Due to the nature of the vacancies we recruit for, our clients have the right to request whether they wish for female or male staff to work on their team.
These specific requirements do not reflect the views of our organisation.
In this instance, our service users have specifically requested female staff only.
Our Healthcare Assistants are deeply committed to providing empathetic and compassionate care. They understand the importance of building strong connections with our service users to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
