Job Summary
New Homes Mortgage and Protection Adviser responsible for building client relationships, delivering mortgage and protection advice, and maximizing in‑branch opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business.
* Maximise in‑branch opportunities.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with peers to identify referral opportunities.
* Maintain KPIs and proactively seek new opportunities.
* Engage with vendors, buyers and developers, ensuring flexibility and availability including weekends.
* Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Maintain a strong on‑camera presence for social channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent.
* Knowledge of Help to Buy programme.
* Demonstrable track record in Financial Services specialising in mortgage and protection advice.
* Excellent understanding of local market, competitors and movement.
* Strong reputation for outstanding customer service.
* Enthusiastic about continuous learning and development.
* Passionate about Just Mortgages, its values and processes.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
* Evidence of right to work (passport/birth certificate).
* Proof of address, National Insurance, driver’s licence check.
What’s On Offer To You
* Basic annual salary £20,000 – £28,000 depending on experience.
