We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a yard operative.
About the role
* General upkeep and maintenance of the yard
* Picking, sorting, and organising materials
* Litter picking and ensuring the site remains clean and tidy
* Assisting with basic machinery cleaning and upkeep
About You
* Previous experience working in a similar yard or outdoor environment is desirable but not essential
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working conditions
This is a physical, outdoor role. You must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Full training will be provided. Due to the rural location own transport is essential.
