Our Newcastle Transport branch is seeking an experienced Operations Manager.

The Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe daily operations of your branch. You will ensure operational KPIs are met while striving to achieve branch and company financial targets, driving our SLAs.
You will collaborate closely with the Cluster Branch Manager and Shift Managers to develop and implement operational plans, maintaining high levels of customer service in your area.
Employee safety is paramount. You will work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, supporting Shift Managers through coaching and mentoring.
At all times, you will act as an ambassador for our business, championing our values and 'customer first' approach.
We will provide full training and ongoing development to prepare you for this role.
About You
This is a vital role within our branch network, requiring skills in various areas. You should be a great team player with resilience, able to support colleagues through daily challenges.
You need to be a confident communicator, with high integrity and attention to detail, and capable of working across departments within our branch network.
