Our client based in Antrim are looking for an Admin Officer to join their team

Job Description:

1. Create and maintain customers on Account NI for billing purposes within 4 working days.
2. Issue invoices and credit notes to customers (including students) via line management within 4 working days.
3. Create accounts for ERS payments.
4. Process self-billing ERS payments within timeframe.
5. Mobile phone administration
6. Daily receipting of card/cash/cheque payments on Account NI.
7. Reconciliation of Worldpay receipts to Learner Management System (REMS).
8. Process petty cash reimbursement via BMAP payments.
9. Maintain spreadsheets in relation to finance tasks.
10. Liaison with internal and external customers via public counter, email and telephone.
11. Electronic filing of information into records database.
12. General admin/office duties.

Essential Criteria:

13. 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
14. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable skills:
Computer skills including use of word, excel, emails and familiarity of working with figures.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Good interpersonal and team skills.
Previous experience of working with AccountNI would be useful.

Wage:

– £12.97ph (weekly)

Location:

Antrim, BT41 4PS

Start Date:

– ASAP

Length Of Assignment:

– 6 to 9 months

Work Pattern:

– 37 hours per week 9am to 5pm
