EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
As our Field Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, assessing, and diagnosing issues with the water service or sewerage treatment process in your allocated region.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of water and wastewater assets to meet quality standards.
* Delivering high-quality customer service.
* Providing detailed daily job feedback to identify follow-up work and minimize avoidable failures.
* Supporting customers and colleagues as needed.
This role requires starting from home and working across your region, so a full UK driving license is essential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
