What you will do
1. Travel to customer sites
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
3. Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes
4. Train customer operators (if required)
5. Support production plant efficiency
6. Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development and growth
7. Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
8. Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
9. Maintain a clean, safe work environment
10. Follow all safety protocols in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
11. Write a site visit report on completion of the work
We believe you have
12. Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation roles
13. Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
14. Good computer literacy
15. Strong mechanical and/or electrical and/or automation knowledge
16. Ability to travel as required and this can be at short notice
17. Strong level of English (written and verbal)
