Credit Controller
Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 5pm
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to take ownership of your role and make a real impact in a growing, dynamic business?
Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a fast-paced and rapidly expanding company in Leeds LS10, to recruit a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is looking for a new challenge within a fast paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage accurate billing for a portfolio of 200+ B2B and B2C customers
* Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices to support healthy cash flow
* Develop and implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aged debt
* Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective credit control
* Collaborate closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure robust monthly financial performance and balance sheet health
* Contribute to the overall financial stability and profitability of the group
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in credit control within a B2B or B2C environment
* Track record of reducing aged debt and improving collection KPIs
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
* A self-starter with a passion for continuous personal and professional development
