A leading organisation within the rail sector is expanding its Rail & Technology Programme Management team and is seeking a highly capable Project Manager with a technical background to lead the delivery of a wide and varied portfolio of business-critical projects,
This role offers the chance to work at the heart of a major rail organisation delivering projects across technology, infrastructure, and new product development.
Projects are diverse and challenging, ranging from technically complex development programmes to operational and contract-driven initiatives. You will be working across multiple sites within a matrix organisation, collaborating with specialist technical and operational teams in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
This is a role where your leadership will directly influence operational performance and future capability.

Essential Criteria
Strong Project Management experience
Background in a safety-critical or regulated industry (Rail, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Defence, Aerospace, etc.)
Competent in MS Project and Google Workspace
Project Management qualification (APM, PMI, or equivalent)
Highly organised, initiative-taking, and confident working in a matrix environment
