As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of our service, handling diverse breakdowns and technical issues. Your technical expertise is essential in delivering the exceptional service our members expect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide roadside assistance and technical support to our members.
* Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
* Deliver outstanding customer service during face-to-face interactions.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach.
* A full UK driving licence.
