We have an opportunity for a Local Business Development Manager to join the team at our flagship dealership in Stockport.
This role will be be representing prestigious brands such as Mercedes-Benz cars, Mercedes-Benz Vans, BYD and Smart. If you are dynamic and results driven then this could be the role for you!
Hours 40
Salary - Up to £30,000 Plus Uncapped OTE Bonus

You will:
1. Identify and engage with potential fleet and business customers
2. Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective customers, to understand their fleet requirements
3. Prepare comprehensive and competitive sales proposals, including pricing, financing, leasing and maintenance packages
4. Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the CRM system
5. Stay a head of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities related to fleet and business sales
6. Monitor and analyse customer feedback, market research and sales data to identify areas for improvement
You will have:
7. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
8. Proven experience in fleet and business sales, preferably in the automotive industry
9. Excellent understanding of fleet management, leasing, financing and relevant taxation regulations
10. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
11. A valid UK driving licence
This role will require frequent travel, with some overnight stays.
