Expleo is a leading Global Engineering Services Provider with a global presence. We are seeking a Powertrain Definition Technical Analysis to provide support to the Powertrain team. This activity is mainly remote based with some travel to our client’s Preston facility.
Job Details
* Wiring harness design, cabling layouts, and routing.
* Create and update electrical schematics and documentation.
* Produce electrical layouts in CAD.
* Support the senior electrical engineer with day-to-day project work.
* Operate independently when the supervising engineer isn't available.
* Help with hands-on prototyping or basic testing where needed.
* Contribute to general engineering tasks within a small, fast-moving team.
Experience Required
* Around 5 years' experience in an electrical engineering job
* Hands-on exposure to EDS work - wiring harnesses, cabling, routing or similar
* Comfortable using CAD tools for electrical layout work
* Strong communication skills and able to work with both electrical and mechanical teams
* Reliable, organised, and confident taking responsibility for your own workload
