Due to continued growth, our client has a full-time vacancy for an experienced Title Checker to join their team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Handle all aspects of a purchase transaction, focusing on reporting to the client and raising legal enquiries on all residential tenures.
2. Check and report on all search results, identify issues, and raise relevant enquiries.
3. Inform Case Handlers when to report matters under CML to the lender.
4. Manage a continuous flow of title checks, being responsible and accountable for this process.
5. Liaise with the conveyancing teams, providing information and assistance for complex transactions.
6. Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the entire conveyancing process, ideally in a title checking role.
7. Assist conveyancing teams with replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.
8. Maintain strong attention to detail, work diligently, use initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
