What You’ll Be Doing

* Providing tailored support to students in small groups and 1:1 settings
* Working collaboratively with teachers to deliver the best possible learning experience
* Applying and developing your subject knowledge in a practical classroom setting

What We’re Looking For
* A relevant degree (Education preferred but not essential)
* Experience supporting students or working in a classroom (desirable, not essential)
* A valid DBS check or willingness to apply
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom management
