Job Title: HRIS PMO Location: Office near Liverpool Street Station Department: Group Central HR Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: HRIS Manager Position Summary We are looking for an HRIS PMO to join our Group’s Central HR team. This role will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our existing HR system and assisting in the design and rollout of new HRIS modules. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and system security across our global HR operations. Team Introduction The Central HRIS team is responsible for improving the group-wide HR system by optimizing current modules, launching new solutions, and promoting data-driven HR processes. The team also supports information security and conducts training to raise awareness and strengthen internal systems. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries from regional teams. Support the HRIS Manager in managing the HR technology roadmap, including prioritization, research, change management, and issue resolution. Configure and maintain HRIS to meet business needs and process improvements. Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy policies. Assist in testing and deploying system updates, patches, or new feature releases. Collaborate with the HR team on end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including testing, training, and troubleshooting. Analyze HR data and generate actionable reports to support decision-making. Support ad-hoc tasks and assignments from key HR stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related discipline. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in HRIS, HR operations, or project support. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visio. Excellent attention to detail, especially with data accuracy and reporting. High level of integrity when handling confidential information. Nice to Have Prior hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). Qualifications or certifications in HR or Project Management (e.g., PMP, CIPD). Basic technical knowledge in JavaScript, MySQL, or web design is a plus.
