We’re seeking a Finance Assistant to join our team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely financial information while supporting key stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse cash flow and investigate variances against budget
* Record bank payments and ensure accurate coding of P&L transactions
* Support monthly WIP submissions and prepare related journals
* Assist with month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and board pack preparation
* Process monthly credit card statements and partner payments
* Contribute to gross margin analysis and key account management
* Maintain finance intranet content and assist with ad-hoc projects

* Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and professional approach
* High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
