**Who We Are**Based in Maidstone, Victoria, we are recruiting for an experienced **Planner** who will be responsible for translating customer demand into executable production and supply plans across Warren & Brown operations, a Prysmian Australia business.We're looking for demonstrated experience in:**Planning & Execution Control*** Run and manage MRP in SAP to align demand and supply across all product families.* Maintain accurate planning parameters (lead times, BOMs, routings, safety stock).* Translate demand into realistic production and supply plans.* Identify capacity constraints across extrusion (duct), machining and assembly operations.* Lead time accuracy; schedule adherence; DIFOT; backlog visibility**Backlog & Order Management*** Maintain clear and accurate backlog visibility.* Prioritise orders based on commitments, capacity and business priorities.* Provide reliable delivery dates to Sales and Customer Service.* Avoid reactive reprioritisation and end-of-month distortions.* Backlog ageing; DIFOT; customer delivery performance**Cross-functional Coordination*** Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales to align execution.* Ensure material availability from local, internal and international suppliers.* Coordinate constraints linked to product-specific requirements (e.g. testing, validation).* Material availability; plan stability; issue resolution lead time**Risk Management & Visibility*** Identify risks (capacity, supplier delays, material shortages) early.* Provide clear visibility on demand vs capacity and constraints.* Support decision-making with factual planning data.* Forecast vs execution alignment; reduction of planning-related disruptionsIf you fill some or all of the criteria, we encourage you to apply.* Be part of a global leader in energy and telecom cable and connectivity systems.* Work in a dynamic, inclusive, and driven and safety-focused environment.* Competitive salary and benefits on offer*Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
