Conveyancer – Keighley A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in property law is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment. The Role: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential property transactions, delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest professional standards. Key Responsibilities: Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Ensure timely, accurate progression of client matters, keeping clients informed throughout the process Build and maintain strong client relationships in line with the firm’s commitment to outstanding service Meet billing, time recording, aged debt and other performance targets Maintain confidentiality and data security across all client and firm matters, utilising the firm’s case management system Take responsibility for credit control on your own files, with support from the finance team Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, including the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules, Code of Conduct and Conveyancing Quality Standard Actively contribute to business development through positive engagement with external organisations and referrers Engage in regular training and development to stay up to date with legal and procedural changes Supervise Conveyancing Assistants, offering guidance, support and performance feedback Contribute positively to departmental meetings and uphold a collaborative team ethos Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience handling residential conveyancing files independently, from instruction to completion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements and best practices in residential property law Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using case management systems (Proclaim experience is advantageous) A team-oriented mindset with a respectful and professional approach to colleagues and clients alike Why Join?
