We’re now looking for a commercially savvy E-Commerce Data Analyst & Workflow Planner to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about numbers, optimisation, and making a measurable impact, this could be your next big move.
What You'll Be Doing:
In this hybrid role, you’ll combine data analysis with strategic planning to help us drive sales, optimise listings, and plan operational workflows across online platforms like Amazon and eBay.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and drive performance improvements
• Plan and prioritise workflows to increase efficiency and maximise revenue
• Develop pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and seasonality
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor pricing on marketplaces
• Track and improve profit margins across key product lines
• Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on Amazon/eBay performance
• Identify promotional opportunities to boost visibility and conversion rates
• Generate actionable reports on sales, stock performance, and account health
• Analyse stock reports to flag underperforming products
• Monitor marketplace metrics such as cancellations, feedback, and delivery rates
Who We’re Looking For:
•Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUPs)
• Analytical thinker with commercial awareness
• Comfortable with digital tools and learning new systems
• Familiarity with Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces is a strong advantage
• Experience in telecoms or mobile phone industry is a plus
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented with excellent time management
• A team player with a proactive and positive mindset
