£55,000 - £60,000 + Progression to Associate + 35 Days Holiday + Hybrid Working

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking to join an expanding, locally focused consultancy where you will be responsible for leading projects from cradle-to-grave and have full ownership?
Do you want to work for a business that can progress your career through chartership support and routes to climb all the way to director level?
In this role you will be responsible for the full project life-cycle, overseeing tendering, design, calculations and hand-over. This is a senior, client‑facing position where you will have the chance to make a real impact and be appreciated for your work through promotions. You'll also be developing Junior Engineers and Graduates, and detailed design/modelling will be covered by a separate BIM team.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer from a Building Services background looking for a more senior position that grants project ownership, enabling you to make a real impact in the business.
The Role
* Working on the full project lifecycle – from tendering to hand-over
* Client facing – being the main point of contact for all Mechanical work
* Day‑to‑day focus on calculations, signing off designs
* Training and developing Junior Engineers and Graduates
* Hybrid working – 3 days in a Cardiff based office
