Working for one of Manchester’s most well-respected marketing agencies, this is a great opportunity to further your career, monitoring social channels for some of the UKs most loved brands.
About the role
You’ll be monitoring the social channels for some huge consumer brands; responding to queries, creating responses to posts and referring queries to the wider team as appropriate. Experience of working on and using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X is a must.
There’s a creative side to this social media role, so expect to be involved in generating content ideas and creating reactive social content to jump in to trending conversations.
Much of the work involves using social media monitoring tools too, so you’ll be tech savvy and ideally have previous experience with tools such as Sprout Social.
You’ll need to be a strong communicator, a good writer and able to adopt a brand’s tone of voice in your communication with their customers. Previous experience in customer service or a support role is essential.
Hours of work
Social media is 24/7 and so we’re looking for someone who is happy to work shifts which incorporate some evening and weekend working, up to 10pm. You’ll work on a rota basis and part of a team so it’s fair for everyone.
