About the Role:
1. Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
2. Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met
3. Create an atmosphere supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to perform at their best
4. Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
5. Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs

2. You possess exceptional commercial understanding to create a great shopping experience
