Your Key Responsibilities as a Restaurant Team Member include:
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Adhering to performance standards for stations and shifts
* Being aware of and working towards restaurant goals and targets
* Maintaining operational areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations
* Reporting work-related incidents promptly
* Following procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
