The Role Reporting to the Business Manager, you will: 1. Manage a portfolio of key sites alongside Area Supervisors 2. Ensure all sites operate in line with Health & Safety requirements 3. Oversee client KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards 4. Conduct regular site audits and performance reviews 5. Build strong relationships with clients through regular meetings 6. Support and guide Area Supervisors across multiple locations 7. Manage staffing levels, holidays, and absence to ensure full coverage 8. Oversee recruitment of cleaning operatives 9. Provide support on HR matters when required 10. Monitor site hours and support payroll input
