Job Description
A Birmingham-based construction consultancy is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a range of developments. This Assistant Project Manager role offers exposure to education, healthcare and commercial projects. The Assistant Project Manager will support senior construction project manager colleagues across schemes up to £10m.
The Assistant Project Manager will assist in procurement, reporting and stakeholder coordination across all RIBA stages while developing towards a construction project manager position.
The 'Assistant Project Manager's' role
* Attend site and client meetings
* Prepare reports and track programme milestones
* Assist with contract administration
* Support procurement processes
* Monitor risk and project documentation
* You must have prior construction consultancy expeience to be considered for this role.
The 'Assistant Project Manager'
* Degree qualified in Construction Management or similar
* Previous construction consultancy experience essential
* Working towards APM, MRICS or MCIOB desirable
* Strong organisational skills
* Ambitious and career-driven
