About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Dinnington. You’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality cleaning machines on a production line, working closely with experienced operatives to help deliver products efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build cleaning machines on a structured production line
2. Cut panels and prepare components as required
3. Peel and remove protective films from aluminium panels
4. Bolt parts together using correct tools and techniques
5. Use spanners, wrenches and other hand tools safely and accurately
6. Support the wider production team when required
7. Maintain a safe, clean and organised working area
About You
8. Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or assembly environment is desirable but not essential
9. Comfortable using hand tools such as spanners and wrenches
10. Good attention to detail with a commitment to quality
11. Team-player with a positive and proactive attitude
12. A willingness to learn and support experienced team members
13. Counterbalance licence preferred but not essential
