Floor Supervisor – SALTY OLIVE, WOKINGHAM
Pay: £ per hour + service charge and holiday pay
Contract: 15/25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Workdays: Thursday to Sunday (subject to change)

Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality and looking to grow within the industry, with real opportunities to develop leadership and management skills.
As Floor Supervisor, you will support management in running smooth and efficient shifts while ensuring outstanding customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience in hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to perform under pressure in a busy environment
* Positive attitude and team-player mindset
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
