Key responsibilities
* Lead delivery of England Golf’s digital strategy
* Drive digital transformation and innovation
* Oversee IT systems, infrastructure and cyber security
* Lead data and insight to inform decision-making
* Ensure strong governance across digital and project delivery
* Manage key suppliers and digital platforms
* Champion effective use of CRM and data systems
Experience needed
* Proven experience leading digital or data transformation
* Strong understanding of digital strategy, data and technology
* Expertise in data, insight and CRM systems
* Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight
