Job Opportunity: Satellite Manager – Rexel Folkestone

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the satellite branch.
2. Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
3. Drive sales and profitability by identifying new business opportunities.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
As a Satellite Manager, you will run one of our smaller branches with support from a Business Manager from a larger branch. You will manage daily operations, drive exceptional customer service, and provide training and coaching to the internal sales team and branch assistants to ensure service level targets are met.
Ideally, you will have previous management experience within a wholesale environment, a fresh and innovative approach to sales, and the ability to attract and retain customers, increase branch sales, and exceed targets.
