Entering and updating data on the internal systems with accuracy and speed
Communicating clearly and confidently with customers and internal departments
Raising quotes, planning transport, and ensuring paperwork is complete (especially for EU movements)
Closing off jobs with full supporting documentation – think proof of delivery, purchase orders, and more
Monitoring high-priority freight and escalating any risk to delivery (like line stoppages) swiftly and calmly
Working alongside 1–2 others on the night shift to keep everything flowing
