About the Role
To be employed in this role, you must be over 18.
Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. We seek flexible working arrangements; late and weekend shifts are required, and some flexibility in work patterns may be needed.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training, communicate messages during team huddles, and ensure colleagues are available to meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
