We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager (Inside Sales), based in Oxford or Denmark, to manage growth accounts in Denmark. The role involves lead qualification, sales conversion activities for new and repeat business, increasing product usage, prospecting for new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing current product information.

* Manage new business and growth accounts to meet sales targets
* Build and manage an opportunity funnel through customer contacts and calls
* Execute sales tactics via cold calls and account management
* Manage and nurture incoming sales leads
* Engage in outbound prospecting for new clients
* Provide technical product updates to customers
* Implement sales campaigns guided by marketing or independently
* Record and track commercial intelligence in CRM (SFDC)
What We're Looking For...
A BSc and/or Masters degree, preferably in Life Sciences, genetics, or genomics; a PhD is advantageous but not required. Prior inside sales experience with research/life science customers and familiarity with CRM systems are essential. Knowledge of DNA sequencing technologies and strong communication skills are also important.
