Employee Benefits Consultant
We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic time to join this organisation, and as they continue to evolve and develop, there are significant opportunities to progress throughout the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage an existing portfolio of clients consulting across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
2. Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up selling).
3. Be the first point of contact for all your clients.
4. Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
5. Ability to effectively manage clients.
This role can be remote-based with the expectation of attending an office at least once per month.
