Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Japanese market.
* Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to drive awareness and interest in the company's SaaS solutions.
* Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
* Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
* Translate and adapt outreach materials and product messaging into natural, business-level Japanese.
* Stay up to date on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
* Fluent in Japanese and strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* 1+ years of SDR, BDR, or lead generation experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
* Background in Demand Generation industry.
* Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
* Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
* Strong understanding of the Japanese business culture and communication style.
