Overview As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our design department, overseeing the creation of innovative and visually stunning designs across various projects. You will be responsible for managing a team of designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Core Responsibilities Design Project Management * Oversee all aspects of design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project goals and objectives. * Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Design Strategy * Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's goals, brand identity, and target audience, in adherence with the design matrix’s and BG6 requirements. * Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and integrate them into the design process to drive innovation and competitive advantage. * Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business objectives and user needs into compelling design solutions. Quality Assurance * Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations. * Establish and enforce design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all channels and platforms. Relationship Management * Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and incorporate them into the design process. * Act as a primary point of contact for design-related inquiries, feedback, and requests, and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
