We're working with a number of secondary schools across Wellingborough looking to welcome enthusiastic MFL Teachers into their teams this academic year. Whether you're available from October 2025 or looking for a fresh start in January 2026, there are full-time opportunities ready for the right candidate.
These roles are ideal for experienced teachers or confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are ready to make a positive impact in the classroom.
About the Role:
1. Teach French and Spanish at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
2. Plan and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that support both language skills and cultural understanding
3. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the MFL curriculum and wider school life
5. Monitor and support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
We're Looking For:
6. A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
7. Experience teaching French and Spanish in a secondary school setting
8. A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with students and staff
9. Someone passionate about languages, international culture, and inclusive learning
10. A proactive, adaptable teacher who can make a difference from day one
