This is a General Assistant position working on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30am to 3pm (16-hour contract).
Your responsibilities include monitoring counters and chillers to ensure cleanliness, proper stock levels, and presentation aligned with our six principles. You will regularly check restaurant areas for cleanliness and attention to detail, listen carefully to instructions from your manager, and provide prompt, efficient service. Communicating confidently with customers to gather feedback and respond to their needs is essential to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will follow procedures and maintain high food safety standards at all times, holding Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. Previous experience in customer service, good merchandising skills, and till experience are required.
