Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP – Major Project
Key Responsibilities
* Manage MEP packages on large-scale, complex construction projects with a focus on commercial awareness, profit, cash flow, and value delivery.
* Handle procurement, tendering, contract administration, subcontractor packages, and final account settlements.
* Minimise risks and costs while maximising value through detailed cost analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
Your Profile
* Proven experience managing MEP packages on significant construction projects, with strong construction management skills.
* Solid pre- and post-contract commercial experience, strategic insight, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
