Job Title: Project Manager
Working Location: Boden, Sweden
Contract Type: Annually Renewable Contract - Residential
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 hour days
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned work packages, owning scope, schedule, budget, and quality
* Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across internal teams and external partners
* Drive progress through structured planning and close collaboration with Project Controls
* Manage and challenge contractors and suppliers to ensure performance and accountability
* Identify risks early, drive mitigation actions, and elevate key issues when needed
* Lead interface coordination across work packages to ensure aligned execution
* Monitor progress and performance against project targets and milestones
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all phases of delivery
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in project management within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
* Relevant degree in engineering, project management, or similar, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience managing EPC work packages within EPCM or similar delivery models
* Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management
* Experience managing contractors and suppliers in complex project environments
* Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in matrix organizations
* Structured problem-solving and decision-making ability
* Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
* Preferably candidate will have steel industry experience
