Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled individual to provide key services in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges are essential.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure the smooth operation of daily services, meeting time-critical targets, and maintaining all services within agreed operational and client SLAs.
2. Manage your daily workflow, utilizing available resources that may fluctuate based on volume and priorities across the team.
3. Review information and instructions from clients to determine the most appropriate course of action.
4. Provide clear feedback and advice to clients.
5. Identify and escalate issues through root cause analysis, taking steps to prevent recurrence.
6. Implement controls to minimize and eliminate risks within services.
7. Present data and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant products, procedures, and services, including best practices.
9. Escalate issues promptly and advise on the best course of action.
10. Produce clear, concise reports and technical documentation understandable to diverse audiences.
11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for change and prioritizing actions.
12. Chair service meetings when necessary, assessing priorities and risks, and informing management accordingly.
13. Prepare client figures and data reports for invoicing and internal/external reporting.
14. Participate in training to ensure skills remain current.
